Logistics Policy.
1. Processing Times
All research orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a tracking number once the compound has been dispatched from our synthesis facility.
2. Domestic & International
We ship globally to qualified research institutions. International buyers are responsible for compliance with their local import regulations. Neurovex is not liable for items seized by customs due to lack of local research permits.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of chemical reagents, we cannot accept returns once the security seal is broken. If a shipment is damaged or the COA does not match the batch, contact laboratory support within 7 days for a replacement.
