Refund Policy.
1. No Returns on Research Materials
Due to the nature of chemical reagents and the risk of contamination, Neurovex cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an item has been dispatched. This policy is in place to maintain the analytical integrity of our inventory.
2. Damaged or Discrepant Shipments
If your research materials arrive damaged or if the batch number does not match your COA request, please contact laboratory support at info@neurovexchems.com within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement for verified discrepancies.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered the synthesis or dispatch queue. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
